She is graduated a prize in Science by Komi Republic Government in 2004. She is laureate of the Komi Republic competition Golden Mercury in the nomination Innovation of the Year-2005. Diplomas, gold and silver medals for projects in the field of development and promotion of technologies for waste disposal of mining and processing of mineral raw materials in the framework of "INVENT-INVEST 2017" (international scientific assistance to the results of research and communication between inventors, researchers and investors in Europe, CIS and Eurasian region). As of 2019, she is President of the ICAM Council. Since 2015 she is a professor of Syktyvkar State University. Olga Kotova gives a course of lectures in Basics of Mineral Processing Technologies (Master`s program, profile: Geology and Geochemistry of Solid Minerals) at the Department of Geology (the basic department of the Institute of Geology of the Komi Science Center, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences), Syktyvkar State University. She had worked in the area of phase transformation in natural minerals and waste. Her recent study is directed on development of low-cost adsorbents based on minerals/waste and creative new materials for industry (water purification, medicine, ceramics, etc.)

Dr. Uwe BECK

Head of Division 6.7 Surface Modification and Measurement Technology, BAM—Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung
Uwe Beck received his diploma degree in physics from the Technical University Dresden in 1980 for a diploma thesis on surface analytical characterization (LEED/AES) in the field of corrosion research. In 1991, he obtained a Ph.D. degree in experimental physics from the Humboldt university Berlin for a thesis on the characterization (reflectometry, ellipsometry, mode spectroscopy) of dielectric layer stacks for ELD devices. From 1980 to 1991, he was working as project and group leader at the research center Teltowof the electronic industry. In 1991, he became member of staff at BAM, the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing in Berlin. There, he has been project leader of more than 30 projects and group leader for more than one decade. In 2012, he was appointed as division chief of the division “Surface modification and surface metrology”. In the field of surface technology, Dr. Beck is member of several German, European and international standardization committees, was granted more than 10 patents, is author/co-author of more than 300 publications, and organizer of workshops and sessions dedicated to surface technology at various conferences. Together with Prof. Lunk from the university of Stuttgart, he founded in 2000 the German working group ellipsometry which has been organizing the German and later the European workshops ellipsometry. He belonged to the organizers of the International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry ICSE-4 2007 in Stockholm and ICSE-7 2016 in Berlin.

Prof. Tomasz SADOWSKI

Professor in Lublin University of Technology
Tomasz Sadowski received his Ph.D. from Institute of Fundamental Technological Research (Polish Academy of Sciences) in 1985. He is permanently employed at Lublin University of Technology (Poland), now in full professor position. He worked as a visiting professor at University of Illinois at Chicago (USA), Technical University of Munich (Germany), Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany), Martin-Luther University Halle-Saale (Germany), University of Wales Swansea (UK), Polytechnic Marche Ancona (Italy) and others. He received in 2005 within 5th Framework Programme of European Union Individual Marie Curie Fellowship for Transfer of Knowledge to University of Wales. He published 230 papers (Scopus) and was organizer or co-organiser of many international conferences and scientific courses in Centre for Mechanical Sciences in Udine (Italy). In 2016 he received Doctor Honoris Causa from Ovidius University of Constanta, Romania. He co-ordinated 4 European Union projects within 5FP, 6FP and 7FP. T.Sadowski current research activities include: continuum damage mechanics of materials and structures; modelling of ceramic polycrystalline materials; modelling of composites: ceramic and polymer matrix, polymer foams, wood and plywood; fracture mechanics of materials under mechanical loading and thermal shock; plates with damage and sandwich structures; experimental testing of materials and structures under: static, cyclic, thermal and impact loading.

Prof. Arkadii ARINSTEIN

Research-Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology
Arkadii Arinstein was educated in Tomsk State University, receiving here the MSc degree (with honors) in Theoretical Physics in 1977. The PhD degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics he received from the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1982. For many years A. Arinstein was occulated in the Semenov Institute for Chemical Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences where he received DSc (habilitation) degree in 1995. In parallel A. Arinstein was teaching in Moscow State Technological University "STANKIN" where he got the Professor`s rank (government certificate 1999) in Mathematical Department. Starting 2003 A. Arinstein is working in Israel, initially in Bar Ilan university, and thereafter in Technion ? Israel Institute of Technology as the Research-Professor. His research interests include statistical physics of polymers and disordered systems; non-linear and kinetic phenomena; etc. Last 15 years his studies are devoted, in general, to the physical problems in electrospinning of polymer nanofibers. The basic results of these researches are presented in his book "Electrospun Polymer Nanofibers". A. Arinstein was awarded a few honors, such as: the State grant for outstanding scientists of Russia (1995); the annual Vinogradov Prize awarded by the Vinogradov Society of Rheology (2019); the Fellow of International Association of Advanced Materials (2020); and is also the member of Vinogradov Society of Rheology (Russia); of American Physical Society (USA); of IOP Institute of Physics (UK).

Professor Igor AVETISSOV

Igor Avetissov was educated in Moscow Chemico-Technological Institute by D.I. Mendeleev - MUCTR /Chemical technology of electro-vacuum materials and devices/ and he has scientific degrees: Ph.D and Doct. of Science: / Physico-chemical basis of crystalline cadmium and zinc chalcogenide with controlled nonstoichiometry /. For 40 years he has been working in MUCTR (nowadays Mendeleev University) at the Department of Chemistry and Technology of crystals, which he has headed since 2015. The main interest of his investigations deals with the problems of atomic defects including non-stoichiometrical defects influence on functional properties of high pure substances both inorganic and organic nature. In 2008 for the teaching career in MUCTR he was awarded the title of «The honored employee of High Education of Russian Federation» . He is author or co-author of more than 130 scientific papers and author of six monographs on crystal and thin films technologies. He wrote the review-article in the Handbook High Pure Substances (Chief Editor academician M. Churbanov).

Prof. Laszlo A. GOMZE

Professor Laszlo A. GOMZE has got MSc of Mechanical Engineering in 1973 and MSc of Chemical Engineering in 1979. He has successfully completed three dissertations: PhD in 1984, Doctor of Technical Sciences in 1986 and the Dr. of Dr-Habile in Technical and Natural Sciences in 2011. Prior to joining the University of Miskolc (UM) in 1993, Laszlo A. GOMZE has spent 20 years in industry. In 1973 he has started as design engineer of machines and equipment for industry and finally as managing director of a ceramic company (1986-1993). In 1977 he was honored with award of Best young Engineer of Hungary and in 1989 with award of World Selection Trophy for Quality and Export Merit in the United States. In 1999 he was the establisher of the Department of Ceramics and Silicate Engineering at the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering in the University of Miskolc and it first chair until 2014. He is author or coauthor of several patents, 5 books and more than 300 scientific papers. At ic-cmtp6 Prof. Laszlo A. Professor Aleksandr URAKOV

Aleksandr Urakov graduated from Izhevsk State Medical Institute and in 1977 joined the research of the laboratory of Biophysics of Mitochondrial Processes Institute of Biophysics RAS in Pushchino-on-Oka. After receiving the degree of candidate and doctor of medical Sciences in the field of pharmacology at the Kazan State Medical Institute, he was elected head of the Department of Pharmacology of the Izhevsk State Medical Institute in 1988 in Izhevsk. In 2007 he was accepted as a researcher of the Department of Thermo-deformation Processes of the Institute of Mechanics of the Ural branch of the RAS in Izhevsk. In 2017 he was appointed as a senior researcher, and in 2019 - a leading researcher of the Department of Modeling and Synthesis of Technological Structures of the Udmurt Federal Research Center in Izhevsk. The specialized research area of Prof. Urakov is the development of new cosmetics and hygienic means based on physical and chemical properties, including agents that dissolve, bleach of blood clots, spots of pus and food pollutants. Recently, Professor Urakov invented an epoch-making method for emergency bleaching of traces of blood, pus and food residues and opened a new group of drugs, which was called oxygen-alkaline bleaching cleaners. In addition, he developed several original methods of diagnosis of various diseases using infrared thermography and he invented the winter sniper rifle and the winter Kalashnikov rifle. In 2015 he was accepted as a member of the European Association of Thermology. His R & D activity is complemented by over 360 papers and review articles in International Journals & Conference, and over 3.000 citations by other researchers. Furthermore, he obtained 220 Russian Patents. In particular, he discovered a calluses disease of the lips and cheeks caused by braces, and invented a decorative sticker to cover the braces on the dentition for the prevention of this disease.
Dr. Hiraku OGINO

Dr. Hiraku Ogino got bachelor and master’s degree from the University of Tokyo in 1999 and 2001. He got Doctor of science from Tohoku University in 2005. From 2002 he became research associate at Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials (IMRAM), Tohoku University. He became assistant professor at the University of Tokyo in 2006, and become lecturer in 2015. From 2016, he became senior researcher at Superconducting Electronics Group, Electronics and Photonics Research Institute in National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST).He is also visiting professor at Shibaura Institute of Technology from 2019.The specialized research area of Dr. H. Ogino is the development of new inorganic compounds especially mixed-anion compounds. He is author or coauthor more than 120 scientific papers, 15 review papers and books, and 7 patent.

Dr. Isao Ohkubo
Senior Researcher, International Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics (MANA), National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS)
Dr. Isao Ohkubo has obtained his Ph. D on development of high quality epitaxial thin film growth techniques of complex transition metal oxides using laser molecular beam epitaxy from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2002. He worked as a post-doctoral researcher in Condensed Matter Sciences Division, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, U.S. with Dr. Hans Christen and Dr. Douglas Lowndes from 2002 to 2004. He developed a high-throughput pulsed laser deposition system for parallel syntheses of epitaxial complex transition metal oxide thin films. In 2004-2011, he was working for developing novel functional devices (Resistive Random-Access Memory (ReRAM), Spin Filter Tunnel Junction (SFTJ) etc.) composed of epitaxial complex transition metal oxide layers as a research associate and a lecturer in Department of Applied Chemistry, the University of Tokyo (Prof. Oshima group). He joined Prof. Mori group in International Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics (MANA), National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) in 2012. The specialized research area of Dr. Ohkubo is the development of epitaxial thin film growth techniques of functional inorganic materials. Furthermore, recently he is working on first principles study of electronic structures in functional inorganic materials. The recent main interest of his investigations deals with the development of unexplored material group such as layered complex transition metal nitrides using a combination of first principles calculations, machine learning approaches, and thin film growth experiments. His research activity is complemented by over 80 papers in refereed international journals and conference, 5 patents, and 2 book chapters.
